1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Flavaromas website, mobile site, social channels, or any content published by us (including Google Web Stories), you (“you”, “user”, “viewer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the platform.

2. About Flavaromas

Flavaromas is Bahrain’s first AI-powered food media platform, with Google Web Stories, offering visual and digital content related to:

  • Restaurants

  • Food & Beverage Brands

  • Hotels

  • Grocery and Hypermarkets

  • Chefs

  • Culinary Stories and Short Features

  • Recipes and Ingredients

  • Food Events

Our content is created using AI, user submissions, brand collaborations, and editorial curation.

3. User Eligibility

To use our platform:

  • You must be at least 16 years of age.

  • You agree to access our content for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise permitted.

  • You may not impersonate another individual or use false information to engage with the platform.

4. Use of Platform and Content

Users may:

  • View, read, and share Flavaromas content, including Web Stories, articles, recipes, and videos

  • Save or bookmark public content for personal use

  • Participate in surveys, voting, or comments where available

Users may not:

  • Copy, download, modify, or redistribute content without written permission

  • Upload harmful code, spam, or conduct any illegal or unauthorized activity

  • Misrepresent or misuse content (e.g., false attribution, impersonation)

5. Content Ownership and Copyright

All original content published on Flavaromas, including AI-generated stories, images, recipes, event posts, and promotional materials is the intellectual property of Flavaromas or its content partners.

You may not reuse, reproduce, or republish content without express written consent from Flavaromas. Google Web Stories used or linked through our platform are governed by Google’s Terms and are hosted with our permission.

6. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)

If users are allowed to submit content (e.g., comments, stories, photos, or recipes), you agree:

  • You are the rightful owner or have permission to share such content

  • Your content does not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal material

  • You grant Flavaromas a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your submission for promotional purposes

Flavaromas reserves the right to moderate or remove any content that violates these terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • All promotional content (e.g., restaurant offers, product ads) is provided by third-party businesses. We are not liable for any discrepancies or dissatisfaction.
